My practice revolves around painting, driven by a fascination with time’s transformative power as it erodes, reshapes, and distorts our memories, turning experiences into new representations layered with recollections that are altered or misremembered. I explore the tension between opposing yet interconnected forces - order and disorder, creation and decay - drawn to the self-perpetuating cycles that shape our existence and questioning how to preserve the impossible, capture fleeting moments, and resist the inevitability of time and death.
